The majority of current ETSA Utilities employees are members of the Electricity Industry Superannuation Scheme, with employer contributions made at a level which exceeds the requirements of the Commonwealth Government's Superannuation Guarantee (SG) legislation.
Furthermore, all employees are able to Salary Sacrifice additional voluntary superannuation contributions (in accordance with ATO guidelines).

Employees are eligible to be reimbursed up to $600 of the network component of their electricity account per annum for their principal place of residence.

Study Leave may be provided to employees who are enrolled in subjects or courses that support our core business. This includes courses offered at Certificate, Associate Diploma, Diploma, Degree or Post Graduate level.
On approval by management, employees are eligible for reimbursement of 75% of educational costs. Paid study leave is also provided to employees to attend lectures, including reasonable travelling time as well as offering employees time off for exams.
Parental Leave is available to all employees for a period of up to 52 weeks, with the first four weeks of Parental Leave being paid.

All female employees are further entitled to 12 weeks paid maternity leave following the birth or adoption of a child.This allows female employees to take a total of 16 weeks paid leave. (ie:12 weeks paid maternity leave in addition to four weeks paid parental leave).
All Employees are entitled to use 10 days of their existing annual sick leave entitlement to provide care or support to a member of an employees family.
A Novated Vehicle lease provides employees with an alternative to obtaining a vehicle without purchasing the vehicle outright or borrowing to purchase the vehicle.
The Novated Vehicle lease is an agreement between the employee and the lease provider. The lease payments may be made via payroll, which enables employees to sacrifice part of their gross pre-tax salary to lease a vehicle.
