The General conditions for the supply of minor goods and services contains standard procurement terms and conditions that govern the relationship between ETSA Utilities and external providers of goods and/or services.

These terms and conditions are referenced on ETSA Utilities purchase orders and will apply unless the purchase order specifically references an existing commercial relationship, such as a period contract.
